We’re a member of the Low Impact Alliance. It’s time we do our part to ensure that future generations have a healthy planet to run on. We promote transparency and ecological responsibility within the running industry by educating, advocating, and inspiring action. We are athletes, retailers, and brands advocating for a sustainable running industry. Join Us. The winter months are a great time for me to keep up my base fitness while burning off those pesky holiday calories, but now that the majority of the polar vortex has passed and Punxsutawney Phil has seen no shadow, it’s time to hit the trails! Here’s what you need to get you started. Trail Running Shoes First and foremost, it’s in your best interest to have a pair of trail running shoes. Your road shoes might be brand new with all of their…
