TUESDAYS @ 7pm: Speed Work (Track/Hill)
Looking to set your pace right for the week? Meet us at the store and we’ll cruise over to the BHS Track or Edgehill for a group speed workout and, of course, lots of stretching and recovery afterwards!
THURSDAYS @ 7pm: 3-6 Mile Fun Run
What better way to get to know the neighborhood than with a group run? We’ll provide the reflective wear for sunset and the good company. All pace groups are welcome!
SATURDAYS @ 9am: Sawyer Camp Trail Run (Short and Long Distance)
For a change of scenery and some extra mileage, come on down to Sawyer Camp Trail to kick off your weekend for a group run! Your pace and distance are up to you.
